شرکت داده پردازان هوشمند ایلیا اقدام به برگزاری مسابقه پیامکی به صورت ماهیانه نموده است.

هر مسابقه مربوط به یک برند از مجموعه برندهای معتبر در اتوماسیون صنعتی می باشد. مسابقه شماره یک مربوط به برند Omron می باشد.

برای شرکت در مسابقه به 10 سوال زیر پاسخ داده و در نهایت پاسخ سوالات را به ترتیب و بدون فاصله به صورت یک عدد 10 رقمی به سامانه پیام کوتاه ****** پیامک نمایید.

Description

With the new Key Panel KP32F SIMATIC HMI offers a larger  keypad operator panel designed for PROFINET environment and failsafe applications. 32 large and ergonomic keys, which can be illuminated in five different colors form a unit.
For larger control panels you can add further KP32 or KP8 units without a gap and electrically connected due to integrated Ethernet switches as well as looped through 24 V DC.

Area of application

The rugged Key Panels in IP65 are designed for simple and straightforward machine operation inharsh industrial environment .They can be used wherever HMI functions cannot be carried out without keys and lamps, e.g. on control consoles for machines and plants. The keys feature tactile feedback. Thus they can be reliably operated even when wearing gloves

Benefits

• Up to 90 % time savings for commissioning and wiring compared to conventional keypads
  (depending on the number of keys used)

• No wiring mistakes since only one standard bus cable is connected

• Integrated Ethernet switch for the setup of linear and ring topologies

• Future-proof as keys which are presently not needed can be configured at any time

Design and functions

The Key Panels can be installed next to each other without gaps, due to the integrated Ethernet switch the units can be part of a line or ring topology and even the 24V DC can easily be looped through. The KP32F can be addressed by two controllers via the Shared Device PROFINET function. Due to the Media Redundancy Protocol (MRP) the availability of data in ring topologies can be further increased.
